Graphics like the following make me mad, because they imply that for everyone, there is one--and only one--route to happiness.
Really? Is this 1950? News Flash: girls should marry someone they love, get along with, respect, and with whom they share common values, and that is if they want to marry. Because you know what, girls? You don't have to get married. Ever.
And if you do marry, girls, the reasons to marry are those stated above and not these outdated thoughts of the past. There is nothing wrong with the woman (or women!) in a relationship having careers and contributing to family income or--GASP--being the sole breadwinners of the home and paying all the bills while the husband is a stay-at-home husband or father.
Yep. I said it. Blasphemous, huh?
